The great things about these lights is they can be handheld as well on stands.I was drawn to this set because of the overhead light I could use for hair lighting.It comes with a sandbag you can use as a counterweight and it screws into the end of the pole.You can put these together to make for an interestingComes in a really handy carry case if you need to take it on the go with you.Great value.
