Amazing how much this speeds up recovery! I applied it at night. The bruising was very reduced starting the next morning. What l really appreciate is that it has no smell what so ever compared to arnica get that has a strong scent. Usually arnica get smell does not bother me when used on hands, arms or legs but since the bruising was literally near my nose, l wanted something scent free. This gel reduced the swelling and color of the bruising so fast l had to do a double take in the mirror! I applied morning noon and night for about a week. It does leave a bitnof a sticky film but l would let it absorb for about an hour then wash off any residue. I highly recommend having it on hand before any cosmetic treatment that may cause bruising. A bit pricey but worth every penny!

This stuff is incredible ...! I have always been an easy "bruiser" and when I was in college was even asked by the teacher/sensei to drop out of a beginner's karate class that I was taking because even moderate "sparring" contact would immediately turn my arms purple and blue and look just awful, even before the class was over ...! Anyhow, I had a significantly painful accident with the back of my hand (lots of veins there!) and it swelled up and discolored horribly, as usual. This BruiseMD cream cleared up in about 4 days what would easily have been a 2+week technicolor mess ...! This is now my go-to cream ..!

Wasn’t even a decent moisturizer. My skin was wrecked from the cast, the ice packs and such from breaking my arm and shattered elbow. Had swelling for 8 weeks. Better off buying a good cream (which I did). And cheaper. Sorry to be negative but I expected more. Especially that it would help my skin. Which it did not. Soaked in very quickly and didn’t feel greasy or slimy on skin, which was nice. For me this purchase was a waste of money.

I bruise easily and a lot of times I have no idea how I even got one until I feel it, which is what prompted me to try out this bruising gel. I recently had a large bruise on the back of my calf and applied this gel to it. I’m going to be honest, I didn’t instantly feel much difference with the soreness/pain or the appearance. I used it for a few days and while my bruise was naturally healing, I couldn’t be sure if the gel had any real impact since it was a pretty bad bruise to begin with. While I couldn’t tell if the bruise was healing faster because of the gel, I did like the overall feel of the product. The gel is a light brown color, spreads easily, and absorbs quickly. It leaves the skin feeling smooth and moisturized without being greasy or sticky. Since this bruise was fairly large and deep, I plan to try it again the next time I get a smaller bruise to see if the results are more noticeable. These are just my results, and this bruise gel could work better on others.
