I got this ear piece to use for my radio at work so I don’t disturb others in the building, the jack it fits into the side of the shoulder mic. there is a clip on the wire that attaches to your collar. The speaker fits onto the ear OK, there was little discomfort at first but it takes some time to get used to. The sound quality is very good.. the price is very reasonable. The packaging was good and it wasn’t damaged when I got it.. if I needed a replacement or I wanted to order one again for myself or for a friend I buy again from the seller.

I work at a night club and I don't like the ear wigs that goes in to your ear, I like this style but wish the cord was a little longer. But for the money you can't beat it. I prefer the earpiece only models because I like to talk directly into the radio, because I have found that these that have a microphone attachment built in are NOT noise canceling, and don't work well in my environment.

I'd give this a 4.5 stars if I could, but I can't, so I'll round down.I've been using this earpiece for a month or two and it's working great. I bought this to replace my wire set with the clear tubing and molded earpiece that I've been using for about the last 16 years in law enforcement. I got tired of the moisture building up in the tube all the time, and I couldn't hear through the old wire set unless I turned my radio up at least 3/4 of the way. With this earpiece I have no tubing to worry about and the amplifier is obviously of higher quality because now I can't turn it over 1/4 of a turn or its too loud. Massive improvement.The only negative criticism I have is in regards to a feint amount of white noise in the background when receiving a transmission. However, it's very slight and still better sound quality than my previous wire set. I don't know how durable it's going to be over the next year, but it's totally worth buying one every year at this price!

I wear this item 12 hours a day and it's comfortable and has a clear sound.

Used on the streets of a very active urban and busy police environment and it didn’t fail me once.As all coppers know your radio is your lifeline. I’ve ran, chase and fought with this on my ear and I don’t regret it.It doesn’t pleasant in my ear but neither does all the duty gear I wear or the worn seats on the squad. It works, it’s cheap and it might bother your ear a little.I would buy again but honestly I don’t know if this will break anytime soon. Sounds just as clear as day 1

Pro: Coiled cord is a nice feature. The clip is a bit flimsy but attached to my collar without issue. Stays in my ear well. Works in my Motorola. It can really pump out the volume, so be careful not to crank it without testing first.Con: Have to adjust the fit every time I put it on. Speaker tends to be uncomfortable with or without foam cover. I compensate by taking the foam off and just touching the speaker to my ear canal. This isn't ideal because the sound is a bit too bassy for loud environments. More tinny with silicone bud would have been better.

This is exactly what I was wanting! With this earpesce I can still hear people in the room and answer the phone. It's adjustable as well, and I have no problem wearing my glasses the way the design is around my ear! I highly recommend.
