It seems to help, but will update after using it longer
The instructions say to give it at least a week to settle into a regime. I found that to be true. Mixed results the first week, but overall I felt that I had improvement (without melatonin, which I use when desperate but prefer something more natural) Most of the week I fell asleep in the half-hour to hour time allowed for it to work. I waited too long one night and it is seemed to miss its target, but that was my fault. Do not wait more than 45 minutes to settle down to sleep. Also no electronics or tv, if you are serious. Often I wake up between 2-3 am and that's it for me. with this, several nights I didn't wake until 5am. I call that a win. Sleeping from 10pm to 5am is a vast improvement.

Great alternative to melatonin
I have a lot of sleep issues and tried everything from melatonin to prescription sleep aids. This is the first thing that has worked without leaving me groggy.

You gradually feel relaxed and I fall asleep easily.
I love the way I relax and drift off to sleep easily. I also stay asleep. I wake up refreshed. This a great, I’ve had trouble with sleeping all of my life.

Natural and Effective!
Thank you Remrise for this product.1) Natural and effective tool for a nice long sleep, already noticing a difference after monitoring my sleep for several weeks2) My hours for REM(rise) sleep have increased by 45% compared to my monitors recorded deep sleep and REM before3) I (rem) rise with extra energy every morning.Melatonin for some reason gives me nightmares so this was product was perfect for me!

Made me high and feel strange.
There is something weird in this pill that I cannot tolerate. It might be fine for you. I was up all night after taking recommended dosage. Maybe it was too much. Start off slow! I am not saying don’t buy it because it might help some people. I literally felt high from it. 🥴 Maybe its one of the herbs in it that made me feel badly, don’t know. Be careful!

Big improvements in sleep quality
I’ve been using the Remrise Sleep Vitamin consistently for 2.5 weeks now. I take it 20-30 minutes before going to bed and usually fall asleep within 5-10 minutes. I noticed that I sleep a lot deeper and don’t wake up as often as before taking the vitamins. I still wake up between 3-4 in the morning and have difficulties falling back asleep. I hope I’ll be able to fall back asleep for a bit longer when I keep taking the vitamins. I definitely noticed a big improvement in sleep quality, I’m happy I found these natural vitamins.

Neutral to possibly positive impact on sleep quality
I've been taking remrise for about two weeks and have mixed results. I don't seem to be sleeping longer but seem to wake up less? I'm a little uncertain as to whether or not the efficacy of the ingredients has something to do with a person's unique biochemistry but it doesn't seem to have as strong of an effect on me as I would've liked.
