After trying five previous frothers this unit is the best so far. It has the most power and suitable attachments for our needs. We use it every single day. Their customer service is the best ever.Correspondence below between myself (Rich) and customer service representative (Sarah) says it all:February 2023(Rich) You folks have been so kind and have already replaced our frother once before. We use it every day mixing drinks with nutrition supplements for our daughter with epilepsy. We keep it stored on the charger between uses. The last several days it has been acting up and today it has quit working properly. It comes on sporadically and with little power. Our invoice on August 11, 2022 from Amazon is attached.What do you suggest we do?(Sara) We had arranged with Amazon to send a replacement set to your mailing address.June 2023(Rich)You folks so kindly replaced our frother in February this year and unfortunately this one has quit working. It has been working wonderfully all this time and now suddenly it just quit. UPDATE: The seller was very quick to send a replacement along with good instructions on how to maintain the hand blender. So far we have not had any problems with the attachments coming apart and we are being careful with it. We still like the option of the different speeds and the USB stand to keep it charged. I believe that by being mindful when changing out the attachments, I would recommend this product._________________________________________I loved this hand blender when I first got it. The charging stand is a nice plus after having used battery operated hand blenders. However, after a few weeks, the frother attachment came apart as I was using it. I switched to using the whisk attachment, but after a couple of weeks, that too came off as it was being used. I don't know if the glue used to put these together wasn't strong enough, but now the mixer is totally unusable. I missed my return window, unfortunately, so I'll have to shop for another mixer that is better made. I gave this two stars because while the controls are easy to use and it's simple to charge, the attachments take away everything good about it.

I love to make custom coffee drinks, both pot and cold. This particular brand makes a great milk froth and it is amazingly rechargeable wow genius. It sits in the corner and can be plugged in in a moment notice and recharges within a few minutes. It comes with its own stan several different extra ends, depending on what you want to whip up. Overall, it's a great product. I love the bright red shade is easily located in the corner of my kitchen or if I choose to put it in a drawer. It washes up within seconds nothing sticks to the ends and it works great. I love all three speeds wow the third speed is like dynamite. Give it a try. I think you'll love it, I did.

Why 5 stars for everything, yet 4 stars overall? The stirrer itself is fantastic. The best I've ever had. Sturdy and a very powerfull stirring action.BUTThe supplied USB to Mini USB power cord is a piece of junk. Take a look at the picture. Both ends of the cord frayed in only 5 months. And, I hardly ever move it! It's plugged into one location and the power base hardly moves!At the end of the day, I PERSONALLY don't care about the power cord. Like many of us I have a tub full of old power cords of every variety. So, I simply replaced the OEM with another one of my extra cords.That's it: Fantastic stirrer Lousy power cords 4 Stars

I absolutely love this mixer because it mixes my Kineck shakes so well, and my chai tea perfectly! But suddenly it just stopped working! The lights still light up, but it just doesn't spin... No noise or anything 😭 I really want it to work again! Having the 3 different mixing heads was great and the stand to charge it on was awesome! It probably would be better to store and charge it hanging up or something interesting, because standing up puts it at risk of being knocked down.Can someone please help with mine? I want it to work, I don't want to have to get a different one!Edit: I guess the manufacturer does care so much about reviews, I'm throwing this thing away. I bought a new one and realized how much power they are SUPPOSED to have.

This product is amazing! I use the powder mixer for my drink mixes and it works extremely well! Better than the actual frother! It’s easy to clean which is a plus! It’s durable and sleek in appearance and doesn’t take up any space! 10/10 recommend!

Just opened it, device seems to be of nice quality. The pitcher has a nice paint job BUT has a large chip in the paint. Tried contacting seller Amazon takes over leaving only the option being to return everything. Kind of a bummer I’ve waited for this product and instead of just replacing the pitcher I’m expected to return everything.
