T wasn't until my sister told me to double pump to make pumping faster, yet massage the breast to help with milk flow. Since I don't have a thirst arm, I decided to cave in and get one of these bras. Holy cow! This thing is awesome! It really is hands free and holds the bottles for you; I sit and play a game on my phone while it pumps away.The only thing I don't like about it is, the last set of hooks (since it hooks in the front) pokes me in my chest and is uncomfortable; other wise, like I said...great item. I saw the reviews that said this bra runs small, so I ordered a medium even though I usually wear XL and XXL bras. It fits nice and snug on the tightest setting right now. I like the hook and eye closures, I didn't want a velcro closure to pull at my clothes and sweaters.
