I suggest you order it from the third-party company named GARNER on Amazon versus any other supplier. While it may take longer to receive, the packaging is much better than other third parties! This is energy medicine and very subtle, nothing like Western medicines which knock u dead and cause horrible side effects. This is a totally pure product and works with your energy to balance it. While many books seem to refer to these remedies as somewhat short term, you can use them over a long period/until energy state is stabilized. If you have long-term anxiety, the kCALMING may take a while to rectify, but do not lose hope (there is a remedy for that as well), so you might want to combine a vervain with that! A little goes a long way with the Bach remedies because they come in stock bottles so you can take a one ounce amber glass bottle with dropper, fill one third with water, two thirds with vodka and add two to four drops of the flower remedy to it. That’s it, done. One stock bottle will last a long time if you dose from the dosage bottle. I’ve been using these remedies for decades. I had to take vervain myself when my tendency was to push hard after a whopper snow storm and shovel up every bit. With this remedy I could live with a shoveled out path for adequate passage. I also give it to the cats. One drop of rescue remedy for general stress, especially vet visits, taken from the dosage bottle into a glass of water and that poured into two large water bowls. No need to put it in their food where they can taste the alcohol used as a preservative. You can also put some on your hand and pet them or in a spray bottle with water to cleanse the house if your vibe has been to over push yourself. Then vervain is needed.

I have studied and tried Bach Flowers for over 25 yrs. I believe in them and Dr. Bach as he tried to find another way to heal us without invasive medications. This natural product is what I have used for years to replace the normal caffeine jump start. Bach is a good company with a century in business.

One of our rescue dogs is terrified of thunder and lightening and fireworks. He paces and cries and his legs tremble. I use this product TOPICALLY for him-put 2 or 3 drops on his fur in between his eyes and rub gently up and down his snout so he can smell it. PRODUCT CONTAINS ALCOHOL AND IS NOT SAFE FOR DOGS TO INGEST! Use in combination with Bach rescue remedy for dogs (one for dogs is alcohol free-there is also one for people that contains alcohol so make sure you get the one for dogs if that’s what your going to use it for). Together these 2 products help my dog calm down. He still refuses to go outside but he settles and goes to his safe spot in the hallway and stops crying, pacing and shaking. Could also put a few drops of this product on your dogs bed or one of his toys to help calm him down but our dog doesn’t care about toys and won’t go in his bed when he’s scared. Only gave 4 stars because of the price. The bottle is very small.
