I bought three different pens/pen sets in an attempt to get a bigger barrel for better ergonomics for my hands. These look elegant, and are markedly heavier than the other choices. They feel great in my hand. Once they get started, the ink flows smoothly. Only complaint: I am used to a fine point, and the medium point is an adjustment for me. I really wish they had a fine point option - then it would be perfect. Such an improvement over my other pens that come a dozen to a box. Already ordered another set of three - for the quality, these are a bargain.

If you are older and struggle with arthritis, these are the pens you need! They feel great, write exceptionally well and aren't cheap looking. I had picked up a set of three a few months earlier and liked them so much I bought this 6 pack. These are so much easier to write with than regular pens. The added weight really does help!

Don't like the type of and it is it doesn't write smoothly

it has a nice weight to it. I removed 1 star because one of the pens came broken so was unable to use it. I cant return because i gifted one of the pens already

Makes writing with shaky hands easier

Extremely disappointed!! Pens are heavy and nice, but they write like crap. Just scratchy. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE GOOD PILOT G@ REPLACEMENTS!! They said they were in the ad. Don't waste your money.

These really do help! I picked up a Trigger Finger and after the miles and miles that I have written in my life, it was really no big surprise.. ..these pens really do help! Somehow, being weighted and a little wider than other pens, makes it easier to control and my signature finally looks like mine again. I wish there were blue refills...I cannot find refills ANYWHERE!!! Definitely a great value, one in my purse, one on my desk, and one with my journal at my bedside.

Definitely not at all worth it. I find the pens hard to hold and the ink does not roll smoothly. It skips on the paper. The lid is hard to remove and these will not be used at all.

Theses are great

The black ink makes a very fine point. Like any new pen, you have to take the ball of glue from the tip. The pen does not glide smoothly on paper, and leaves blobs of ink behind. Ink seeps through the paper, also. Nicely weighted, though. I will keep, but I would not recommend

These pens look like normal pens, but have enough weight to drastically improve the tremors while writing. My son said you can read my handwriting now!!

Weight inadequate to advertise as being useful for tremors or Parkinsons. Ink flow was terrible. Not suitable for anyone to write with.
