It definitely helped my little girl to let gas and poo out, I only recommend this up until they're 3-4 months!

How far do you insert the windi? Untill it reaches the stopper or just only the tip?

Until It reaches the stopper. It needs to go to the stopper to correctly let the trap air/poop out. There is an instructional video on how to use them. Hope it helps

Does it work on 1 year old

I think it’s designed for smaller babies as the part that you insert is made the right length to go in a specific amount… if that makes sense? Might not reach as far as it needs to on a larger baby 🤷🏻♀️ Probably get better results from bicycle legs and baby massage
