Unfortunately if you're making a salve like I was it takes quite a bit longer to melt these down. It is very high quality, and I like that it's premeasured (if you're not a nerd like me and already have a scale). It has almost no odor, and its a very pure looking pale/ light yellow. I will look into the pellets in the future but I'm not upset about my purchase. For what I wanted this was a great buy.
