This was bought for a gift. Very well received.

Originally heard this story on serialisation on BBC Radio4 and had to have the book. Had to wait over a year for it to be published then another period before the paperback came out. Was not disappointed. Excellent investigative journalism and extremely well written. Highly recommended.

Most reviews have covered the ground already, so suffice to say this is a brilliantly written and researched book about horror, denial, and perhaps the banality of evil as Arendt called it.
