Great monitor, and such a low price! Audio issues
This is an excellent monitor. As a software engineer who uses lots of monitors (but not a graphic artist) I can't see any benefit to other more expensive monitors in this size, unless you want specific features like USB hub or speakers. It's extremely light. I like the fact that the mount is at the bottom of the back, so it works well with monitor mounting arms that were designed for smaller monitors of the bad old days. (I place my monitor above my laptop's screen.) The only minor disadvantage is that the VESA mount has only two holes, so it seems a bit odd when attaching a VESA arm. But it's so light the two holes are sufficient. My arm's bracket's top two holes are open to the top (slots) to make it easy to attach, but I needed to use the bottom two holes. So I just turned the bracket and monitor upside down while attaching and it worked great. That may not be clear, but if you try it you'll understand! One other issue I noticed later: the audio out. I can't use it with my wireless FM headphones at all; not sure why but it causes crazy interference. If I plug the headphones into the laptop instead, they're fine (so it's only the audio out jack, not radio interference.) Also, with powered speakers plugged in, if I turn the speakers up high when there's no audio being output (that is, not playing music or whatever), there's a very high level of hiss (white noise). This noise floor is low enough that I didn't notice it with speakers set at a normal volume for hearing computer beeps or listening at conversational volumes. But it's obvious after playing music at a nice loud level, when the music stops or during quiet passages. I no longer have equipment to measure, but I'm very familiar with these speakers and I'd estimate the noise to be about -50dB.

These monitors are great!
These monitors are amazing! Nice big screen, excellent price, excellent resolution, and small bezel making them perfect for a multi-monitor setup. I have two of these at work and had to get two of them for home as well. If I had the desk space, I'd like to go with three of them! Ultra thin? Heck yeah they are! It's also easy for people not to realize that the two screw holes in the back are for a vesa mount as most people are used to have 4 holes.. but with such a slim, light monitor, you only need the 2 holes and it mounts fine. You do have to mount it to the top holes on the vesa mount because of the part that sticks out for the stand. The only negative I have is that the power button is on the back. That means you have to reach under the monitor to the back to press the bottom button. If you never turn your monitors off, it's not an issue.

Fantastic option!!!!
At price to performance ratio I much prefer this for all non-gaming tasks as compared to my $200 LG 24MP59HT-P. PLUSES Heavy Metal base that is angle adjustable: LG- Plastic that cannot be adjusted in any way. Full metal frame and casing (very good solid feel!): LG- flimsy plastic. No backlight bleed!: LG- Backlight bleed in the corners that is quite noticeable in darker games or shows. VESA mountable!!! LG: NOT mountable! (on a $200 monitor? lol) Negatives! Picture quality-takes quite a bit of adjusting to get it decent.: LG-Very good quality when no backlight bleeding occurs. Plug-It is a very space consuming plug that can take up a lot of power strip space. I use this as a monitor for stream maintenance and plan on getting a second soon! I may even replace my LG with one. I have personally not experienced any dead pixels with this but it does seem to happen once in a while, just not with me! I highly recommend this monitor!

Perfect!
I picked up these monitors to set up a triple display (not including laptop) to be able to work from home, and move between documents, etc. I set them up with a triple mount arm. I connected the monitors to my dell m4800 with a docking station. The monitors work flawlessly, and the picture is great! At $300 for 3 I think they're a bargain. I'm not a gamer, I didn't buy them for that purpose; I got em for moving between word/excel/powerpoint files...you know, work stuff. I could only connect and view 2 of the 3 screens when using the docking station; I ended up connecting the 3rd monitor directly into the laptop w/ the included vga cable (vga to vga) and by doing this I am able to access all 3 monitors (and the laptop screen obviously) seamlessly. Following is the list of the stuff I got. Good luck and hope this helps! 3 Sceptre E248W-1920R 24" Ultra Thin LED Monitor HDMI VGA up to 75Hz, Metal Black Rocelco Triple Articulated Triple Monitor Desk Mount Arm, Fits 13”- 27” Flat Panel Computer Monitors - Black VisionTek VT1000 Universal Dual Full HD USB 3.0 Laptop Monitor Docking Station, Displaylink, HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, RJ45 Ethernet, for MacBook & Windows (901147) 4K / UHD High Speed, High Grade HDMI Cable | HDMI Cord | Supports (4K@60Hz, 3D, HDTV, UHD, Ethernet, ARC, DIRECTV, Dish Network, Comcast) - 6 Feet Long Rankie DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI Cable, 4K Resolution Ready, 6 Feet, Black

Absolutely love the minimalistic look
I bought this as a gift to myself since I’m in need of a new one. Absolutely love the minimalistic look. The monitor goes well with my mini cube speakers and my wireless mouse. At these prices, I’m going to save up for a secondary monitor so I can have dual 24 inches ha ha! Pros: Clean look with super thin borders. Good color and graphics but I only used it under HDMI for school and games so you photo editors out there, don’t take my word for it ha ha Cons: Due to the clean interface the buttons are facing back, but then again I rarely touch them besides turning on the monitor. Also wall mount only has 2 holes? Will that be enough? I’m not wall mounting but I dunno. I did read the manual which states there are no speakers built in but there are speaker inputs and outputs? Why would I need those if I just connect the speakers to my tower directly? Afterthoughts: I really like it; I mean those nitpickings I wrote for cons don’t really concern me that much but in all fairness if you need those features, a word of caution. I’m happy with it though and if you’re in the market for one for super low prices, you won’t find any other offering designs and features like this.

An amazing price with amazing 75hz 1080p clarity wow!
This display is an anazing value at $99 you can not beat it. It is metal aluminum frame with a solid metal stand. The picture quality at full 1080p is amazing and colors are rich and bright aswell as the 75hz refresh rate is a plus. At first I could not get my computer to switch to 75hz and then I figured out it was the HDMI cable was incorrect you need a newer type cable I think they call it a 1.4 hdmi cable. Once I switched to the right HDMI cable the difference from 60hz to 75hz was like night and day. I got mine shipped super fast and came packed verywell with a nice well written manual. also easy to setup. What I dislike is that the buttons are on the back and difficult to get to if you need to make changes. the display is super thin and it really gives you a lot for the $99.00 the size of 24” is perfect for 1080p gaming or whatever else you plan on using it for. it feels and looks more like a $300.00 display then a $99.00

I'd pretty much recommend it
I am almost laughing about how I almost bought a different HD Monitor when I was searching for a new one, but at the last second, I was able to pull away and change my purchase to this completely fantastic, bright, clear and awesome monitor at an unbelievable price. One review I read someone said something about it tipping over and needing to brace it down. I was concerned about this but now, I have no concerns about it tipping over than I would any other monitor not to mention the stand looks great too. Video looks awesome. Pictures look awesome. Gaming is awesome. It was about $60 less than the one I almost bought and it was under a hundred bucks at $99. I'd pretty much recommend it.

This does NOT have a displayport connector as advertised. If you need this don't buy this monitor.
