It DOES have lume on the the Hands (hour n minute markers) Only, for a semi-dress watch it's suffice in my opinion...

I recently bought this watch and i was thinking about buying a different leather strap, can any tissot strap work with this watch?

The strap that comes with it conforms to the diameter of the case. I can't say whether another Tissot strap would fit unless it's a universal 22mm fit or made to fit the case profile. I found the original strap, while beautifully made, to be too bulky and stiff for everyday wear so I switched to NATO straps that can be swapped out pretty easily. Otherwise any universal fit 22mm leather strap would work. The hardest part is getting the original strap off - it fit so tightly that it's difficult to access the notches on the pins to pull them out of the lugs.

I have alot of nice watches. Including a Seamaster and Longines. Only 2 gave me that Holy s##% Wow factor. My Seamaster and this Tissot. Simply gorgeous. Can be dressed up or casual chic. Tissot hit the ball way out of the park with this watch. The pictures doesn't do it justice. It's 1000 times better up close. Highly recommend.
