You cannot get a better toolbox at this price!
I wasn't really expecting a lot when I ordered it, but when I opened up the shipping box today, I was (pleasantly) surprised!Very nice, glossy paint-job on it, it's sturdy enough, but not super tough, but it'll be perfect for around the house. I looked at quite a few and finally settled on this one, and I'm glad that I did, I am 100% satisfied with the build quality and the price. It's roomy enough for probably all household tools that an average person would store in their toolboxes. It has that plastic tray so you can add even more tools. The latch is good enough, it's not super heavy-duty, but it should work fine. I wouldn't overload the box anyway.I really planned on using this for a few pistols and ammo, and make it a range kit, I still probably will, but I also like it enough that I 'might' change my mind.In case you're wondering, I would add dividers and foam inside 'if and when' I use it for a range box.So, I will just end it with, if you get this, I am pretty sure that you'll be happy enough, I didn't see one negative thing about it.

OK little tool box. You get what you pay for.
This is fine for a second toolbox but not a high quality item. It works. It's small. It's basic. It's OK for the price. But don't expect heavy duty quality. I'd buy again at this price point.

Works well
My bf bought this to transport his butcher knives into work and back home daily. He had a hard time finding a box long enough to fit some of his knives fully. Not the normal use, lol, but it is a good fit. He has had it for probably a year now and it held up and is sturdy. Easy to clean. Since he purchased, others at work purchased them too.

It's OK quality, good to store rarely used tools
Quality isn't the best. Feels like price should be half of what it is, but maybe inflation is that bad, idk. Ordered both a metal single box (tho different listing, same co) and cantilevered metal box. The metal is thin and hinges aren't great. Small single box doesn't close 'all the way' unless like force/guide it into position while closing. Nothing smooth about any of the mechanisms/hinges. On single box, it doesn't close properly unless force the pin into the 'lock' thing. But good enough to put my small clamps in as long as remember to force close 'correctly' each time. The cantilever one - have to hold it with both hands to open or close (unless maybe is full of heavy stuff). Got a gift of a too-small Japanese metal toolbox some years ago and that one is just perfect in tolerances, closing properly, metal that is twice as thick, great lock hatch thing ... I didn't appreciate it enough until got these boxes. But is also probably more expensive.
