Wasn't sure if this is what I needed to help me get through my workouts but I must say it really works. I would find myself burning out too soon in the gym. I didn't feel as if I was getting a good workout but I would be extremely sore a couple of days later. I guess my age has something to do with that now. This product has erased that issue so far.
