Great yo-yo, I use this at work with my children. Is terrible, lightweight and responsive. It sleeps well and my kids are getting better at yo-yoing every day.

If you want a yo yo that you can make sleep this is not it. You basically have to let it fall, rather than throw it down for it to sleep. 99% of the time it comes right back up. Out of the 5 yoyos I have this is the o ly one that is this responsive.

I received the Maverick 3 days ago and am pleased with the yoyo so far. I have small hands and like that it is a smaller butterfly yoyo than others I considered. The yoyo plays well both responively and unresponsively. This is not a yoyo for beginners, but more advanced players will like it. My only complaint is that the bearing appears to have a fine crack in it. Probably a manufacturering issue. After prolonged use, this will probably affect the yo yo. I contacted Yomega, but have not received a reply. I will update my review and rating if/when they respond.UPDATE: Yomega responded and sent me new bearings and string! I am super pleased and updated the yoyo to 5 stars. Within a week, I already learned new tricks. The yoyo works great!

This is a pretty decent smaller sized yo yo. I see reviews about it not sleeping, or not being responsive. The way it comes is as responsive, but has a bearing you can swap out to make non responsive.When I opened mine it wasn't behaving either. It has the responsive bearing on, but just wasn't coming back up when you'd call it back, wasn't sleeping long at all.All you have to do is unscrew it and put a drop of lubricant (I use my silicon treadmill stuff bc I already have it and works great) and make sure when you screw it back together you have tightened it. Don't over tighten, obviously.You'll be good to go after that. One drop and it's a whole different yo yo, and a good one at that.

Yes this is a nice yomega spins well and is comfortable.

Love the look and form factor of the yoyo, but it won't sleep more than 5-10 seconds out of the box. Bearing is packed with a super thick lubricant akin to vasaline. I bought some thin yoyo lube which helped considerably, but without it tricks aren't very possible.

This is a mind blowing yoyo!!! I have learned some pretty AWSOME tricks on this dream. It’s well balanced. Great weight and it has a high quality bearing and build quality.*I would tottaly recommend this yoyo to anybody*

This yoyo is solid it has good weight behind it with multiple strings. Easy to work with and still light enough to do some good tricks with.
