Love this product, perfect size and convenient to carry around and use. Such a good idea and a great way to feel more safe while out and about.

I don’t drink alcohol even though I’m well over the age, but several of my friends were organizing a cosplay bar crawl during a local pop culture convention, and when they get together, it’s always a hoot, and I’d never done a bar crawl before, so I figured I’d just get mocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks. But on many levels, I am TERRIFIED of getting drugged. I knew the bars were going to be packed, so I bought this just to be safe. It arrived just in the nick of time as I was fixing a cosplay emergency at home (and honestly I think Jesus was looking out for me), and I was able to take it on the night out. I had a blast and felt SO much safer in those crowded bars, especially the dimly-list whiskey bar (did you know they make non-alcoholic whiskey and wine?! I didn’t but do now!). I got a lot of complements on this product from men and women alike and was asked several times where I got it and how much it was. Haven’t machine-washed it yet and I’m not sure I’m going to do so to avoid it smelling like laundry soap, but I did hand-wash it with some Dawn and hot water after the night out, and dried it with a hairdryer, and it cleaned up nicely despite having been soaked in non-alcoholic whiskey sour and covered in virgin margarita salt, but the screenprinting did start to crack a little. But that’s expected when something is screenprinted on stretchy fabric. On the note of washing it, it’s a good idea to take a few sips out of your drink before putting this on the cup if it’s very full, as it will get wet otherwise. It’s a little tricky to put on especially with the scrunchie having to go around the cup first (but I prefer the scrunchie to the keychain model I’ve also seen—harder to lose and easier to keep with you and plus it’s a functioning scrunchie), but I can confirm that the cover would be hard to remove quickly for someone to slip something into your drink as long as you don’t leave your drink unattended, as I wanted to add a packet of sports drink mix to a glass of water I was drinking (I’d been sweating my backside off in a hot cosplay all day and night and plain water wasn’t rehydrating me at that point, and that’s exactly the reason I pack packets of sports drink mix in my con bag), and it was annoying and unwieldy to take off and put on, but that’s a good thing for preventing drink spiking. Thankfully no one tried to mess with my drinks, but like I said, I felt SO much safer with this! I’ll be wearing this around my wrist whenever I leave the house even if it’s just to go to my college classes or run errands, because not only is it a functioning scrunchie, but it could save your life! Ladies, guys, and other, buy this if you value your safety, even if you don’t drink! Edit: This seems unrelated at first, but I spend long hours behind a laptop, and the (pointy) corner of said laptop digs into my left wrist and it's very uncomfortable. I have found that when wearing this around my left wrist with the pocket with the cover tucked in towards the bottom, it prevents this from happening. Another use--wrist rest!

This is great for any women that go out to bars or clubs. I bought this for my daughter and her friends for when they went away to college. Always have a cover for your drink, safety first.

I genuinely believe that this is a must have product for people who go out and drink. Living in a large city I almost everyone I know has a story about their drink being spiked, and this product is such a simple but effective way to dramatically lower the risks of drinking in public. It's impossible to constantly watch the top of your glass, and this makes it so you don't have to worry as much. The only issue I have is the price. For something that is so important for harm reduction it is also pretty expensive for what you get. The quality isn't bad, but it isn't incredible. I noticed loose strings and stitches on mine as soon as I opened it. Considering one of the populations that absolutely needs this the most is college kids I could see it being cost prohibitive. I specifically went with nightcap because I wanted to support the brand, instead of buying cheaper, but not being competitive while having a so/so quality product that advertises itself with a giant logo feels a little off when at the end of the day its purpose is to protect people.

C'erano varie alternative su amazon di questo prodotto, anche a cifre davvero basse (10pz a 10€) ma ho sentito nominare questo marchio online ed è il marchio dalla quale è partita questa idea, non mi sembrava corretto acquistare da dei competitor che hanno copiato questa idea facendolo anche male. Questo prodotto è di un materiale simil costume, quindi fa in modo che non solo sia comodo per evitare di ricevere pasticchette non richieste nei drink, ma anche per potersi muovere più liberamente con il drink in mano senza sgocciolarsi le mani. L'ho provato un paio di volte e mi sono trovata bene, richiuso nel suo scrunchie passa davvero inosservato e tenuto al polso è davvero carino... a lungo andare non so come reggerà ecc, io lo lavo a mano per trattarlo con più cura possibile, sicuramente è il più di qualità ad oggi sul mercato
