I’ve been taking these since I was pregnant (just over 2 years now). I’ve never had any issues and I feel they go down well with water and food. They are good value for money too and worth every penny.

I liked taking this during pregnancy. No side effects.

I struggle with taking tablets and while these are large, they go down easily.

Really like this product and none of that horrible after taste that you get with many other omega supplements. Little confused by the vegan statement on the label when it’s fish oil though?

I think this seems a great pregnancy omega 3 supplement, had no real issues with it, except if you dont take it with food you feel like you're burping up the ocean and makes you feel really really sick, especially if you're suffering a bit from morning sickness too, it really doesn't help with it one bit!! To tackle it, just take it mid way through a big meal and all is fine

Very Very fishy, I tried for a week i can't stand the taste that cames from your throat after I take them...

I know heartburn is a pregnancy symptom but my gosh ever since I started these omega 3 tablets, it’s just gone to another level, to the point where I have severe acid reflux. I went to check the pregnancy vitamins I normally take and the omega 3 tablets are 1000mg. Strange that this is double the amount!! Really regret deciding to give this brand a go
