These gloves are true to size. I like the wrist strap for added support as I have weak wrists. I thought they would be thicker in the palm. They are a medium grip in my opinion. They are easy to put on, and there are tabs on two fingers to help pull them off which makes them easy to get off also. They are well made, I just wish there had been more padding. The lack of padding is the reason for the 4stars.

I have been using wrist supports to lift weights and felt I needed to go to this style of workout gloves. They're great so far. They have sufficient padding to enable me to feel comfortable and not encumbered by them. I tried the small first and felt they were not perfect so I went for the medium, which I'm happy with. They were at a great price and attractive and supportive.

I am so pleased with the pressure it gives my hands whenever I wear them, I think this will be perfect for work, lifting heavy things all day and grabbing things, my wrist has been so sore, but since wearing it for a few days, my wrist feels so much better, I love the pink color, not to mention. It's so easy to grip things with them on and the fingerless feature is so helpful so you can use your phone etc.

Buenos guantes, buen agarre y soporte de muñeca, solo si revisar bien la talla, ya que puede ser muy grande y se te pueden jugar a la hora de entrenar, cómodos y de buen precio.
