A nice fixture but a bit tricky to change the direction of the bulbs
It's a beautiful fixture but it arrived with the globes in the upward position. I had to rebuild the fixture to put it in the downward position. The directions were not clear. I thought you'd simply turn the end mounts at the end of the arms around, but that's not the case. I'm pretty handy so I was able to figure it out. It's only a low voltage fixture so don't think of even adding a regular bulb even with an adapter. It's very sturdy and the finish is nice. The chain is hard to match as it's square links and you typically can only find round ones in the store when you need a few more feet.

Good product and excellent customer service. The glass is a bit difficult to fit in but it was just what my wife was looking for.

Bright, but a hassle
Overall the chandelier projects light evenly throughout the room. Watch out though!! The bulbs needed are not normal bulbs. They do not screw in and have two metal connectors that you push into the chandelier. If you want to dim this light it is also a pain because you have to find these special bulbs that are able to dim (not included). You will also need to buy a special CFL dimmer for it as well. So if you want to dim this light you will need to spend about an extra 120 bucks for special bulbs and a seperate dimmer.

Beautiful, but too dim
We love the look of this light, but the 3 13W CFL bulbs are not bright enough even for our small (5'x6') guest bathroom. The fixture is well made and substantial, and I'm hoping we can find brighter bulbs that will work.

Looks great over our dining area
We have a small dining area that previous had track lighting. This chandelier replaced it and it offers much more light and uses only 39 watts compared to the 200 watts for the track lighting. It looks great, was well priced on amazon, and will save some energy costs down the road.

Poor
It looks bulky and clumsy. The white cylinders are somewhat slanted in different directions, so it looks very weired. Poor quality

Nice Looking Light
Nice looking light, but recieved with one broken light bulb, I don't think it was shippers fault, installed 2 of these and did a nice job.
