Weighed the powder and it's 200mg. rn this is just thiamine hydrochloride , dissolves in water with nothing left behind. (not supposed to take it outside of capsule because hcl supplements harsh on teeth otherwise)there's a paper suggesting microcrystalline cellulose could potentially stick to the gut lining and cause inflammation. and some dodginess with silicon dioxide depending on particle size. theyre in many supplements i prefer products without them like this 1i tip a little out into a gelatin cap as dont need much to process carbs well

Works for Thiamine deficiency
If you are thiamine deficient it's said TTFD like Allithiamine or Lipothiamine are the best forms to take. In my experience of taking TTFD, the Redwells Thiamine (HCl) is as good as TTFD. Using this has improved my thiamine levels. And the bonus is there are no fillers or anti caking agents just pure thiamine.
