My 13 year old absolutely loves these books. Made me buy them all.

Amazing book, great for readers who have just gotten into horror novels. This book makes you want to know what happens next, it’s full of suspense and makes the hairs on the back of your neck tingle. I couldn’t put this book down for even a second. In a good way, of course. I would definitely recommend this book, very well written. If you get scared easily, though, then I suggest you go for something a little less-scarier. Maybe Goosebumps. (No shade, I LOVE Goosebumps.) I said this book was amazing for people who have just started reading horror novels, but you gotta be sure you’re not going to have nightmares when you’re considering purchasing this. If this book seems like weak sauce to you, then go for it. Really amazing book. (P.S, I might be exaggerating about the amount of “scariness” in this book. The vocabulary in this book is so incredible that even I write like that now.)

My daughter wants me to buy all of his books at once because she loved this book so much!Definitely recommended for bored children at home.

We got this as a Christmas gift for my daughters teacher. They read the first one in class but didn’t have the second one. They all really loved the story.
