After using it for a few months I changed from 4 star to 5 star.Sharp and great knife. Not sure if you’re supposed too but I use all the time and when finished I put it in the dishwasher.Great knife… *****I’m into my Senior years and I think this is probably the most comfortable and sharpest knife I’ve owned.Had it for about three months now and I’ve used it just about every day… 👍🏼👍🏼

Very good knife
Had one of these in a set for years and left it behind at a potluck. This is a great replacement. Easy to hold and use. Cuts great. Easy to sharpen when needed and holds its edge for a good amount of time. Great for cutting meat - I use mine to make jerky, prep chicken and beef and pork. Also nice for veggies. All around a nice knife and glad to have it.

Better than others at more than twice the price!!
Super knife, good looking and sharp from the get go. All the knives in this collection (I have 5 now) are the best for a super price that you just can't beat. Feels good & comfortable in the hand. Suggest hand wash but that's what I always do anyway!! Recommend !!

Flawless Performance!
We were introduced to these knives by our sushi chef while vacationing in Costa Rica. Fabulous! Slices fruits, vegetables, meats, etc., flawlessly and without effort. We haven't yet found anything that "drags" on these knives' coated surface, and they stay sharp much longer than anything we've used before. Note that the super-sharp cutting edge of a Komachi knife does NOT like to encounter a glass, quartz, or glass surface, which can cause blade nicks and/or chips. Highly recommended.
