I have always bought ready-sliced packs in the past, but decided to try this 1 kg chunk (also ordered a decent carving knife at the same time). It was quite daunting to start with, and did take me very many tries (over a week or so) to have a good hang of slicing thinly in good size, but I think I am very happy now that I will buy 1 kg joint from now on. I find the process very calming and satisfying. The ham has a very nice amount of fat, which you need with this type of ham.

So much easier to slice than on the bone. The ham was tasty and not too much or too little fat. Could have been better dressed / trimmed, hence 4 stars.

Great service and a lovely product! This was a gift for my ham loving dad and it didn't disappoint. Full of flavour, well packaged and great service. My only negative would be that I didnt order a bigger piece. Thanks guys! Will definitely be ordering again

To much fat about half of it was fat

From Spain previously I have try this ham ,it was much better, this one is to salty and with different test. Wouldn't bay again from hear Sorry!

Perfectly edible, but difficult to tell where the ham originated from. It could have easily been French or German.

Si compras habitualmente usas jamones enteros sin deshuesar. De esta manera te ahorras mucho trabajo. Y el jamón está bien se sabor y de curación

Superbe jambon bien conditionné. L'odeur là!Il est très bon! Je le coupe très fin avec une trancheuse, outils indispensable quand on est comme moi, un inconditionnel de la charcuterie!La prochaine fois je prendrai le jambon de 2,4kg au lieu de 1 kg mais bon! Je voulais le goûter d'abord!Aucun doute je reviendrai vers ce jambon sans hésiter!!!Allez y les yeux fermés!En avant toute!!!!!!!!

Il prosciutto aBeiou è buono e di sapore dolce come viene presentato, non è un patanegra ma nemmeno un serrano secondo il mio parere rappresenta la giusta sintesi tra i 2 jamon più noti di Spagna e in rapporto alla qualità /prezzo posso affermare che questo è un acquisto ottimo e garantito, che consiglio a chi vuole andare sul sicuro

Ein sehr guter Serrano, mild und fest. Hat genau das riichtige Verhältnis zwischen 'fest und weich'.Wichtig: Nicht bei zu grosser Hitze bestellen, er kommt ohne Kühlverpackung daher.
