While these are easy to use and work well for offloading, they are not made of very durable material and need to be replaced every 10 days to 2 weeks, depending on the amount of time I spend on my feet.

It helped heal my open wound on my foot.

This system makes my sore calloused foot much more comfortable.

This did not last long for me. Perhaps if someone has a wound that heals in a short amount of time, but this did not hold up a week for me. The pieces beside the ones that I popped out got loose and disconnected even though I had the sticky backing on that is supposed to hold them in place. It does work well as a pattern for tracing on a reversible multipurpose flooring (mats of interlocking 16 inch squares to help with feet fatigue or exercising). I cut out a spot to ease the pressure on my wound on that. I got 8 squares in a packet for the same price. Maybe if the sticky backing had held in place better it would have worked, but it didn't last long enough for me to heal my foot. I'm diabetic and my foot ulcer didn't heal in a week, which is why I needed this in the first place. It's a long term returning wound.

This works as advertised and is reasonably priced.

Was not able to use. Wrong size. Didn't see option to select size. Need to return

Great idea but they could not stand up to my heel injury. The pegs around the area (the area of pegs I removed) didn't last a day.
