Can i use tsp or simple green to clean the concrete before using pc masonry? it's really dirty and i don't think a wire brush is enough.

I’ve used this stuff on some pretty dirty concrete with no issue. I’ve even filled up big holes with broken pieces of concrete to fill voids before I put the epoxy down. My biggest issue was mixing too much in one batch. It hardens pretty fast.

Can this be used to glue large river stones (rip rap sized/small boulders) so they stay together and form one heavy mass? I dont want to use grout mix

I would guess that it might work. I used mine to cover some areas of my concrete driveway where the surface had worn away and the aggregate was showing. It is still there solid after 4 years. I am in the Mid-South climate zone with a temperature range of 15-100 degrees F. Very little salt, if any, is used on the roadways. I would try it based on this application experience.
