It works but...
It's good. I tried Valeriana before from a different brand and I can say that this product does the job. It elevates your mood, help shutting up the noise in your head. The effect is immediate too. However, it makes me sleepy for the whole next day. I don't mind that side effect much, but you might wanna consider taking half capsule content if this would be annoying for you.

These are very helpful for sleep. Some sleep supplements give me restless leg syndrome for whatever reason. These actually relax me without making me feel too groggy the next AM.
