Here are the pros and cons for the Healthex Cervical Neck-roll pillow. Pros: The size stated in the description is correct. The bamboo fabric cover is soft. Affordable price. Cons: When I received the pillow, I immediately removed the zipper cover to wash. Later, when I picked up the pillow from the counter, I noticed a powdery dust on the counter. I took the pillow outside to shake and pound. It took about 5 minutes to get rid of this powdery dust. I left the pillow outside in the hot sun all afternoon to get rid of the slight odor. I also put it in the dryer on air-fluff to help remove any lingering dust. After all this, I finally felt comfortable using this pillow with the cover. Other reviews mention the cheap zipper on the cover. So far it has held-up, but I have to make sure the zipper tab is pushed into the seam and the tab lies flat. If the zipper tab is lifted, there are 2 sharp prongs under it that can scratch. The pillow is not perfect, but I decided to keep it basically because it's the size I wanted and the price. I use the pillow to help sleep after shoulder surgery.

I purchased this neck roll to help with my treatment my for my neck. My chiropractor has me on a routine of elastic neck stroop exercises. I did them intermittently. At night, I remove my pillow and only used this for about three months now. My chiropractor is amazed at my progress and how well my curvature on my cervical region has improved. My X rays proved it. I highly recommend this for anyone doing a similar treatment. Essentially you are doing the exercises passively for hours instead of just minutes.

I love this pillow! I got it because I was having some neck pain while sleeping, and since using it, I feel my pain has gotten a lot better. I'm a rotating sleeper -- I sleep on my back, on my side, on my stomach-- and it definitely works best while I am on my back and side!This pillow also works great for lumbar support. My husband had gotten a lumbar pillow for his chair, but he tried this pillow and it apparently worked a lot better then what he had been using and ended up getting one for himself :D!So far it seems pretty durable -- I haven't had to wash it yet, but I'll update the review if I see any issues with it!

This is a great product! I have neck and back issues, and can never find a pillow to help with both. My sister (who's a massage therapist) recommended that I try one of these pillows. I was leery about the memory foam being too hot, but the bamboo cover kept the pillow cool throughout the whole night (I'm a "hot" sleeper). The only thing I would recommend is making sure you get the correct diameter that will fit the curve of your neck. I will be ordering another one since my dog mistook it for a chew toy, so I am going to order the 6inch instead of the 4inch. Would highly recommend, especially for the price.

Multiple use pillow but not for neck or any cervical positioning it’s just to hard and uncomfortable. Please be advised since I purchased this item the price jumped 3 times in a matter of a few days pay close attention to the price of items left in your cart when saving for later purchase. Sometimes, the price mysteriously increases after some my purchases are made.
