This is so well made and heavy for it's size. My peppers didn't fit into the holes very well but, they still cooked well. I wrap my peppers in a combo of bacon and brown sugar. The tray held all the grease and melted sugar and was easy to clean.

Love the heavyweight QUALITY 5 in 1 product. Highly recommend!! Won’t be disappointed!!

It holds a chicken in place nicely and would work well for roasting small peppers. It is a bugger to clean and the pan/tray, that catches drippings, leaks so still spills into grate.Has made some mightly fine chicken however!!

I originally purchased this 5 In One BBQ Set, to use as a Japanese Yakitori Skewer Rack, I was not disapointed, works great.I know this was not designed as a Yakitori, I was pleased with the way it performed. It would be nice if a longer version was available like for 8 or 19 skewers. I am also using the other features of this BBQ set, but I have not used the Beer Can Chicken Roaster yet, the smoker worked fine.Pros: The stainless pan is Trudy, cleans easily, I sprayed mine with a spray before using, made it even easier to clean. I like the flat skewer blades that keep the food from rotating. A very well designed and versatile BBQ accessoryCons: Not rely a con but I wish the 2 slotted sides were a little higher or adjustable.I also purchased the BBQ-Aid - Barbecue Grill Brush, bottom line, a quality brush and I will be writing a review on the brush soon..

What we received was fine but missing the cylinder used for roasting whole chicken. Called and left message about getting the missing part, never heard back.
