Will this fit my graco vsp

no, it wont fit the vsp....it wll fit any graco airless or handheld that has either the orange or blue nozzle.

Can the housing take any size reversible tip (graco)?

It does not come with housing and tip shown ? If so then the tip has to coordinate with tip guard.

Is this product available without the guard and tip attachment?

I've only seen it sold with the blue tip and housing. It does fit the rac 5 tips and housing though. You don't have to use the blue housings.
