I wouldn't repeatedly open the containers once they are filled, they start to somewhat collapse and the lid isn't snug. It does the job. It's a glorified takeout container. It meets the needs for the vakur paid.

All I can say is that the pans are perfect, they are small but perfect.

The item description is accurate but, as others have also said, they are smaller than expected. Somehow I pictured a whole pound of food filling/needing a bigger container. Even with the provided dimensions, I could not picture it. It is no fault of the seller - it is completely accurate in description. I think these are best suited for (generous) individual portions, definitely not big enough for a meal for two. So, these are very handy for freezing leftovers or meals for one. I used them to stack a variety of individual meals in the freezer making it easy for my husband and I to have a nice selection of quick meals on hand. I also ordered the 2 lb. size. Nice tins and love the lids so they can be stacked.

Perfect size container to freeze individual meals for meal prep. Cheaper to buy bulk than dollar store

These pans with the lids are not flimsy, but are well made.i ordered them for freezable left over foods (meals). They are small enough for a lunch, to take to work, or if you don't feel like cooking one night. I just take one out of the freezer (the lids are white, so I label the meals ,on the lid with a permanent marker),and either put it in a bowl to microwave, or put the container right into the toaster oven.They stack wonderfully onto each other in my freezer.And the price~no where could I find them cheaper.These are a life changer for me!!
