If I don't, it upsets my stomach. I combined this supplement with a round of the Whole30 diet for my Fibromyalgia, desperate to feel better. I bought it because I already take turmeric and liked the ingredients. I specifically wanted to add Alpha Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, and L-Carnitine to my lineup of supplements. I also wanted to take less pills and the ingredients list was full of possibly beneficial supplements for my symptoms. I subscribed after completing a month's worth.
