Even if it comes with the paperwork certifying the blessing if is against church doctrine to sell anything blessed.

Are they blessed the correct way of saint Benedict?

Many rosaries and religious items are blessed in an Apostolic blessing by Pope Francis in St Peter's Square, which might be the case with this rosary (although I can't confirm that specifically). But the St benedict blessing is more specific so, even though I can't say definitively, I don't assume the St Benedict blessing is on it. So I would take it to a priest to have that done, just to cover your bases. And as s further note, many comments here speak of it being against church doctrine to sell blessed items, but the church isn't SELLING the blessing. Rather, it is selling a rosary, but with the blessing added as a gift. Even the Vatican sells blessed rosaries, but again, they are selling the rosaries and not the blessing. 'Simony' is the overused term for selling blessed objects; the term came from Simon the magician who thought he could 'buy' spiritual power, which is inappropriate and impossible anyway. But applying a little common sense it's clear to understand that selling or buying this, or any other rosary, with a blessing on it is fine because, again, the blessing isn't what's for sale; the blessing is a free gift. Obsessing over the letter of the law often takes us away from the intended meaning. So buy this blessed rosary with confidence.

Is the middle part of the cross wood?

The middle part of the cross has the first letters of things St. Benedict used too say the cross arms are inlaid with wood but the middle of the cross is not .
