**Q: Hi. How can I delete the memory**
A: Dear customer,
The 10 records of Safe-AQ machine can not be deleted at the same time.  Once 10 records are in memory, adding a new record causes the oldest one to be deleted. The records can be covered but can not be deleted all.

**Q: How can I tell if I have diabetes?**
A: Test yourself in the morning 2 or three different days after not eating for at least 8 hours. If you have readings over 6.5 mmol/L then best to visit the doctor for further professional testing.

**Q: Hi, changed several new strips and batteries but machine says Error and E-3 on display,bought on September 2019**
A: it says on the leaflet ,if you get E3 show you must insert the test strip into the meter before you apply your sample
