Exquisite Papers
Iâve been looking for such a product for five years (since moving from a major metropolitan area to a small community). I use fine handmade papers to cover treasured paperback books with garish covers. Ordered these papers with fingers crossed. I could not be happier with these exquisite handmade, sustainability grown papers. They are utterly beautiful. Further, they are obviously durable, not necessarily one use papers. They can be folded & refolded. The initial folds seem to be âforgivenâ, as new folds are made. I find it rare to find such quality today. Iâve ordered two more rolesâyes, they come rolled in a sturdy cardboard box to assure that they arrive as they were sent. I highly recommend.

Variable color indeed
While it does say that color may be variable, the roll I received is nowhere near the color of the one depicted in the photograph. It is a dull barely yellow color more suitable for a wall than wrapping paper. I know dying with natural colors is hard but this was a little disappointing. The paper itself is beautiful and the other traditional pattern I purchased is 5-star for sure. Just be aware the variability can be fairly large.

Elevated gift wrap
For my business, I'm constantly searching for ways to present my product in a way that feels luxurious, without creating more useless packaging elements that just end up in a landfill. This paper is the perfect gift wrap! It is super strong and very forgiving if you fold it a bit wrong and need to re-fold. It doesn't create the same, accidental crease marks, like happens with glossy gift wrap. And it is perfect for the customer that might find a way to re-use it!

Darker, richer color and gorgeous paper
The purple color of this lokta paper is significantly darker than in the photo, which was surprising but also delightful! The deeper, richer color really shows off the silver printed stars, and makes the paper seem even more elegant. It has a wonderful soft texture, and the size and amount of paper is generous for the price. I'm very happy with my purchase, and look forward to creating many gifts with this beautiful handmade paper!

Not Sure YetâŠ
I havenât wrapped my sons birthday presents in this paper yet, so my review is based off first appearances.I have to say, for the price point, I think I was expecting something a little different. My rolls of paper came with torn, dirty and wrinkly edges. Overall, I think it is beautiful and will look great at my sons party. I think for the money, I was expecting something a little less torn and tattered looking, so to speak.
