These Ewanda High Heel Insoles work fine and don't show in strappy, high heeled, sandals.These are very narrow, cushioned gel, insoles. They have extra thick cushioning at the arch of your foot and under the balls of your feet. They have a sticky bottom (peel off the protective film) that really holds in place in your shoes. They are designed to not show in sandals and they don't. They make my high heeled sandals more comfortable to wear. I like them.
