一瓶飲み終わりました。 1日1カプセルで副作用もありませんでした。 亜鉛を酸化している酸の種類で下痢等の症状が出る事が有りますがピコリン酸は大丈夫でした（個人差があります）

That’s a good product and that is having a positive result to me. It helped me regain the health I was lacking. And I believe it will keep making part of the choices I’m doing to live a better life myself. I’m not saying that the supplement by itself will give you health though.
