I thought these might be a cheaper alternative to the genuine Nespresso chocolate/cocoa/truffle (they change the name it seems) ones.This chocolate aroma is pleasant, but the cocoa taste is very mild. They call the coffee strength 4/10 ,but I'd call it weaker than that. I do like strong coffee, but do enjoy some softer/mellower ones, but this was just 'thin.'

Whilst I understand those who say they can't taste the vanilla I think it is enough to give a subtle flavour and it certainly impresses me. I have it on regular order every 3 weeks as I drink lots of coffee. I've tried many different types and find this to be the one I enjoy most. I used one left over pod from a previous different type and could tell the difference immediately. If you try it you will be pleased you did.

Smells great, taste awful.Tried few pods from different boxes to be sure and sasly all of them were as bad. Nothing to be saved here..I used to buy this brand of coffee, the lungo forte and enjoy it, but lately I found the quality have gone downhill badly, to the point it's hardly drinkable.Looks like a great deal but not for your taste buds..

The packaging is great, and the pods fit our Nespresso machine well. I would say the smell of vanilla is a lot stronger than the actual taste. Personally I was after a sweeter more vanilla creamy coffee, however it does smell very nice. I mix this with frothed milk and a teaspoon of sugar and it tastes ok. Definitely get a lot of pods for the price. If you’re more of the coffee taste lover but like the smell and slight taste of vanilla then this is for you.

There was no vanilla flavouring in these pods at all. Even the coffee itself was weak, my friends and family tried it too and they totally said the same. . I have been in touch with the company directly and they say there is nothing wrong with them. However as I bought a box of 10 with 10 capsules in each, This was a costly mistake. Please don’t waste your money on them. The hazelnut one was weak too, but ok if used two pods at a time. The Caramel one was delicious. Highly recommend that one.

We have had a few pods that have not work well in our machine

I bought these s that my grandkids, who do not drink coffee, could join in the experience of the Nespresso machine. All four hate it. As a chocoholic I tasted it and it tastes of coffee.

This coffee was ok, but these capsules didn't really like my old Nespresso machine, I do love my flavoured coffee
