This brush is designed to be so soft you can brush your gums energetically and not hurt them. The handle is built at an angle that makes it easy to get to the back teeth. My dentist gave me one and I was skeptical at first because they are usually no different from what I buy.. However, this was different. The first night I tried it, I went on the Amazon site to see if I could find this exact brush. I found them quickly and ordered a pack of 6.Still love it!
