If I could choose no stars, I would. I contacted customer service 3 times. Twice by phone leaving detailed message with my contact information and also through the product portal. No response at all.This is the second truMedic Impact Therapy device to be returned.

Fits in my hand perfect. Decent battery life. Powerful, really helps break up sore muscles. I love it.

defective items not one of them worked

This is exactly what I have been looking for at a very reasonable price. I work on the farm and have sore muscles a lot. This has helped so I can give myself a massage to relax my muscles. I feel so much better after I use this. The interchangeable pieces are helpful so I can really get into some of the spots that have been bothering me. It is very easy to change the pulse level so I can either have it lighter or deeper as different body parts need. I'll be using this regularly.

Junk! Stay way ..bad customer service .. do not buy .. 20 min and it broke ??? And they want you to spend more in order to replace . I payed $150 and now they tell me to pay $100. More to replace what broke so now it’s costing me $250 .. now that’s good customer service . Still after months they have done nothing. But twist things and say I’m being difficult ??? Just don’t buy from them .
