Grow new hair shampoo, conditioner, the grow new hair spray serum and vinegar rinse, and others...I've been a customer way back when they were known as "Just Natural." I am very disappointed with the response after reaching out to them just once. Due to the sprayer for the hair serum(not a cheap product $46 for 4oz) compressed and wouldn't come back up again(had no problem with last bottle). I wrote and explained the dilemma and how long I've used their products and just asked just if they would please send me a replacement SPRAYER TOP, not the product. I gave them my address so they could check my orders(most through them, not Amz)and they responded with "refer to your 30 warranty." The product is supposed to last up to 3 months, if used as recommended, I've had it maybe 45days and I didn't start using it until 2 weeks after it arrived, so hardly any use. Then after that I bought a bottle of shampoo from Them and ....maybe it was old....but has a bad smell not the same as before. These products are not cheap I don't really think they grow new hair as much take care of the old, truthfully I just like the smell and feel on my hair...now the smells gone so I'll find something else that works.
