Q: Would these fit a child’s hand, say a 6 year old?

Each unit measure 3/4" x 3 1/4" x 3 1/2 which would probably be large for a 6 yo. This was sent to me free when I purchased the Vive therapeutic putty. In my opinion the putty did a better job than the exercisers and since you can break up the putty if needed it will accommodate any size hand.

Q: Will this help strengthen fine motor skills after a stroke?

This product helped strengthen my husband's grip.

Q: are the lbs described 1.5,3,7lbs per finger?

One unit is 1 1\2 lbs spring strength, One is 3 lbs and strongest is 7 lbs strength. Each finger is set at the same weight given the unit. I hope this helps.

Q: do you get all three levels when ordering? can u ask for 1 med and 2 heavy?

No I believe the only way to get them is low medium and high and low is very low.
