This thing is a beast. Once I figured out how the thing lights, it works like a champ. Cuts down my prep time lighting my BKJIII smoker and most importantly, evenly distributes the burn of the lump charcoal from the jump, eliminating hot spots and burning from the inside out. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

Ok it os pricey but you Get what uou pay for! Very sturdy and man it put out flame like "mini" flame thrower. Highly recommend for any bbq/outdoor uses!

TORCH WORKS WELL IF YOU KEEP THE GUN LEVEL OR SLIGHTLY TILTED DOWN, THE SAFETY VALVE WILL SHUT OF GAS TO GUN IF TILTED TOO FAR DOWN. I BURN WEEDS WITH IT AND MANY TIMES I TILT IT TOO FAR AND IT TURNS OFF. WILL PROBABLY GET ADAPTER LINE FOR 20 LB TANK HOPE THIS WILL CURE THE PROBLEM.

I love this grill gun! I purchased mine a few months ago and love it so much I purchased this one as a father's day gift for my dad. Before I would have to come home from work and get my chimney out to start the grill and 25 minutes later, my grill would be ready to go. With 2 small children, that can be very precious time to have with them in which we can play and pray together. I also get to use this gun during my Catholic mens group meetings each week for cooking and starting our campfires. It is so much fun to use and it makes me want to grill more often! Operating it takes a few tries to get used to so that you don't flood the chamber with the liquid propane, but you get used to it pretty quick. Super easy to use and a ton of fun. The invetor of this product is Catholic as well so I am proud to be able to support a fellow Catholic man pursue his dreams. Please purchase this amazing product, you will not be disappointed.

This thing is so fun to use! It’s a bit annoying to screw on the tank and sometimes the trigger mechanism is a bit stiff but once you get it going you will wonder why you ever lit fires any other way! I got it for my fire pit so I can light it from a distance and it works great. You nearly don’t even need tinder or firestarters because it lights up big firewood so easily. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

Failed after two uses. I read the instructions word for word. I watched multiple videos. It completely stopped lighting. I know about the safety valve cut off mechanism if it’s used improperly. Well even after proper reset it will not work. Gun and bottle stored vertically. What a disappointment. Oh and by the way Amazon cannot accept a return for this item. I sent an email to the manufacturer.

Great build quality and easy to use to start the fire in my Kamado Joe. I held off on buying this because of the relatively high price, but now that I have it I wish I bought it sooner.

I was hesitant spending a seemingly exorbitant amount of money on this gadget, when arguably a box of matches and an old newspaper would perform the same function. However, in a late night drunken Amazon buying spree I ordered one, and let me tell you, it is worth the expense. The Grillblazer GrillGun will fulfil many roles in your life, some you may not have even considered essential before owning one. Yes, it is excellent at starting a BBQ fire in an unnecessarily short and spectacular fashion. However it also serves as a weapon of choice for the inevitable zombie apocalypse, and in the immediate term, I suggest you add photos of you using it to your Tinder profile to impress the gender of your choice. I suspect the peacocking display of 'mastery of fire' triggers something primal in our psychology, leading to more swipe right action. That is my current theory, I'll continue the experiments with the Grillblazer GrillGun for more insights into evolutionary psychology. Expensive and unnecessary toy, arguably yes. But can you really live without a multi function Swipe-Right-BBQ-Zombie flamethrower in your life? I know I can't.

This piece of equipment is amazing. Not knowing what to expect but for the price I was assuming it would be good, and I’m not disappointed. The grill gun has replaced any fire lighter I have and it is so fast at getting charcoal ready for cooking. Keep well away from children as it is a serious piece of kit. Most of all watch the instructional videos and use with care. Very pleased with my purchase.

I’m extremely happy, after 90 seconds of use I had glowing hot coals. Easy to use highly recommend. I definitely think one of my better purchases I do have an electric charcoal starter it’s useless compared to the Grillblazer GrillGun.
