Too Hot and not in a good way
Doesn't vent heat. Can only be used in short stints.

Too small for my phone
I have a Nexus 5X and my phone barely fits (must remove all cases first.) The worst part is the foam "bumpers" that hold the phone actually line up with my power button, putting my phone in a hard reset the first time I tried it. This is really meant for phones smaller than the 5X (and who has one of those anymore)

Looks like you just hook it up to your phone
Description very misleading. Looks like you just hook it up to your phone. In reality you need to spend anther $400+ to get it to work. Never returned anything to Amazon before but I'll need to figure how to do so. This was a White Elephant gift I was giving and it turned into an embarrassment.
