I have purchased two of these balls. I keep one at home and I keep one in my purse. I use it every day. Multiple times a day. It does hurt when I start to use it because my plantar fasciitis is so bad. But after using the ball, I do experience relief. This has made a huge difference. I won’t go anywhere without it.

The ball was too hard for me

It’s such a simple tool, just a round ball you roll your foot over. It helps a lot, I went from pain in every step no matter how forceful the step was to really only feeling it if I over exert it. If I wiggled my toes it would hurt and now I don’t feel it then either. If you don’t get this ball any round ball helps. I left this one at home and used my son’s street hockey ball and it was sufficient too.

It claimed in the ad to be a hard and round ball. When it arrived unsurprisingly It turned out to be a hard and round ball. If you're looking for a hard round ball I personally recommend this one. Its precisely what it claimed to be and exactly what I expected. Thank you hard and round ball company for meeting my expectations.

Bester Ball um seinen Füßen etwas gutes zu tun! Alle anderen Bälle waren oder sind mir zu weich und nach relativ kurzer Benutzung bereits deformiert und nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei diesem Ball hat man Langzeitvergnügen und die Füße sind glücklich! Danke!

Leider ist der Massageball so hart, dass ich ihn nicht einmal ausgepackt habe, da er sich nicht für eine Massage eignet. Seitdem ich ihn erhalten habe, versuche ich, ihn zurückzugeben, aber leider ist dies über mein Amazon-Konto nicht möglich und es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren. Nicht zu empfehlen.
