Finally a food my betta loves and won't spit out
I'm new to bettas... Had ours for about four months now. We started with a Wardley betta pellet, and he would eat them well, but always seemed to spit some out. I did some digging online and found that often this is because they can't chew it. Some people suggested soaking. I tried that, and it helped, but it still seemed that half of each pellet would be spit out.I then tried some Spectrum betta pellets, and he wouldn't eat those hardly at all - and they had a real nasty, strong odor.I had some TetraBetta flakes I picked up when I bought him, and he likes them, but since I feed him a pellet at a time to help keep the 9 gallon tank clean, I'm not fond of flakes. I use them like a treat. But I came across these pellets while trying to find something else to try, that he would eat more. I realized they were the same maker as the flakes, so figured if he loved those, he may like these.I like that they're slightly smaller than the Wardley ones I was using. They're not quite uniform, but far more uniform than Wardley, and overall are mostly smaller. They soak up well, and when I feed them to Rusty, almost nothing gets spit out till he's done feeding. They smell very similar to the flakes he likes, so it's not a surprise. I'm just glad to have found something he will eat, since I have the only betta apparently that doesn't like shrimp or bloodworms...

1 container may be enough for just one fish.
This is for my sons beta ,after trying to feed it flakes for tropical fish for a week we realized the beta is incredibly lazy and prefers to eat at its own leisure. This is where floating pellets come in handy. The flakes were just piling up on the bottom of the tank and the beta didn't seem to care for them either. I purchased the 2 pack but in hindsight for 1 fish 1 container is more than enough for quite some time. They definitely prefer these over the flakes though.

Have a Betta? Get this size nuggets!
There are no dislikes. So glad I bought these tiny nuggets. You might think they're too small but once they absorb water they get bigger.... That's when my Betta prefers to eat one whole! Tetra is a great quality food for all types of fish so have confidence in these. Your Betta won't be disappointed!

Fish Food
Our fish loves these but the only issue is if they aren't eaten right away they get big and bloated and end up in the filter blocking restricting the intake.

They Actually Float!!!!
Got not only one container of fish food but TWO. I purchased these pellets after checking all of my pet stores and none of the “floating pellets” actually floated! Checked the reviews and I can tell you, these float and stay afloat! Thank you to the Fish Gods!

My Betta likes them!
My Betta really likes these. Anytime I come near the tank, he wants food. I give him a combination of these and bloodworms which makes him a very happy fish.

great for the bettas small mouth , the only down side is that it changes the color of the water pretty quick
