Usually the itching stops, and works fully within a day or 2 but we never got the full effect of the dose.

First time I’ve used Advantage. After two months it’s still not working so hot.My girls have less but there are still critters performing in the circus. 😕

We use Advantage II on 2 of our dogs and the most important thing is that it actually works.We used to use another product that just did not do the job and were so pleased that this has worked great.

Dog tolerates it fine. Haven't seen any fleas or ticks. Was worried that someone's reviews said it "burned dogs skin" but used it over two months with no adverse effects and our dog can have sensitive skin, Switched from Front Line over price and also heard this works better in FL where we are using it.

I've tried other flea protection from my dog. I switch back-and-forth between Advantage 2 and serestro.Bayer products seems to work well on my Shih Tzu.In addition I also buy a natural flea repellent (Vet's Best) to spray his bed and out doors.I refuse to be infested and taken over by fleas

It works quickly. Got it for my mini schnauzer. It seems to stop working close to next time for application. But we wash her a lot.

Unfortuntely it appears that flea epidemics have become out control. Fleas have become resistent to many products currently on the market. While another popular name brand product failed. Time and time again Advantage has delivered and very easy to use. Be sure if you have cats not to use on them as it is a different make up then the original advantage and should be kept away from cats until the product is dry on your dog.
