VoltecIndustries Voltec 16-00526 30A Generator Adapter with E-Zee Grip

I used this from my generator's 30-Amp 120/240-Volt receptacle, to my RV's 30-Amp 120-Volt cord. (The product is fine, made in china of course.) But, I don't think it allows me to draw the full-rated 30 amps from my generator. I ran only my 120-Volt Air Conditioner, which is on a 20 Amp circuit, and it trips the generator's breaker. When I use an adapter, and plug it into the 20-Amp (120-volt) outlet on the generator, I have no problem running the a/c with the generator. So I think this Voltec Adapter only allows me about 15 amps @ 120-volts to my travel-trailer!I am going to find a way to measure actual amperage I am drawing when the generator trips the breaker, and I will report back.
