Vegetables Mushroom Seasoning - 500 g (17.63 oz)

We like this seasoning a lot. Not too salty. And adds just enough flavor to any dish we make. I put in soup, stir-fried veggies, etc. I use it almost every day. It does not overpower any other flavor It's not convenient for us to go to the Asian market to get it, so it's nice that we found it on amazon.

I like the taste,it adds more zing to the food,will buy it again

Buy it 2 times for my mother (she is a vegetarian) She love it so yay? I might buy it again if she still like this one

I can't find my usual mushroom seasoning to I tried this brand. Unfortunately, I can barelybtaste mushroom on this one. Not what I expected.

This is probably the most important ingredient in my kitchen, especially as a vegan. I put it in practically everything from marinades, sauces, stir frys, soups, asian, Mexican, Indian, vegan meat subs, and use it instead of vege broth for soups, ramen, etc. It's MUCH better than the other Asian mushroom seasoning powders. I've tried all of them. This one actually smells and tastes like mushrooms. The other brands of Asian mushroom seasonings honestly do not smell like a food product and have a strange stale chemical industrial taste and smell. This one is amazing and has a pure strong mushroom smell and taste. I wish I could buy it cheaper in bulk.

Like... just taste it... When I am talking someone into going plant based or vegan, I will have them try this and they go "...damn, thats good" or "wtf!? thats taste like beef".. Its insane how good this is. I question it every time I use it and Ive been using it for 2 years now lol.
