I make a lot of dishes that require chicken broth. This is so much more economical than purchasing premade chicken broth, and I can make the broth more flavorful than I would find in a store. This was a very good quality is extremely easy to use and the sizing makes it last for a very long time. It taste great as well.

A staple in our kitchen, great flavor and is a multi purpose seasoning blend. It adds sodium so I tend to stay away from salt. These have a great shelf life so I am glad I can buy in bulk at a great price.

It is not a chicken base. If you want to make soup I would recommend Minors. That is a restaurant quality base. This product should be used for seasoning. It is salt forward. Great to use in flour in a three step breading process. Add to oil to enhance flavor in marinades. Rub on chicken to grill. It will fortify the flavor

Good price. We use a lot of this bullion as my wife has a low sodium problem and needs the salt.

When I want a really rich flavor added to a sauce, gravy, or broth, I use chicken base. Still, there are plenty of times when a bullion powder is called for and I reach for this. Good flavor and when bought in this bulk, the price is great.
